Description

LBC oven racks are stainless steel, and have an electropolished finish. Casters on the oven racks are fitted with Rulon® bearings to enhance caster life, make them easier to move with a load. Our roll-in oven racks are designed to ship disassembled to save on freight costs. They are also available fully assembled, or fully welded for correctional use.  Single pan racks can be assembled to fit into a single rack oven or paired in a double rack oven.

Recommended Spacing

Oven racks should be sized to allow a minimum of 2″ above the finished product

  • Artisan breads, pan breads and 4″ foodservice pans use 6″ spacing
  • Baguettes, muffins, bagels, French breads, and 2-1/2″ foodservice pans use 4″ spacing
  • Cookies, sheet cakes and all flat products use 3″ spacing
