LBC deck ovens are available in 2, 3 and 4 pan sizes and decks from 1 to 4, you can produce a great variety of product in a limited space.
Baking ovens have stone decks, glass doors and fast-recovery steam pods for excellent artisan style breads and fluffy cakes.
