Description
Gas or electric, these ovens fit into most pizza kitchens. Electric models require 208 or 240 volt 3 phase power. Gas ovens operate on 120 volt single phase power. Ovens can be mounted on a stand individually or stacked up to three ovens high. Pizza ovens must be installed under a hood.
